Intellichoice Builders, LLC is a Florida licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC1526169)  based out of Panama City, Bay County, Florida.  We primarily work in Bay, Gulf and Walton counties, however we can and will travel for preferred clients.  We primarily work on residential and commercial construction and remodel projects in Panama City Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Mexico Beach and every city in between.  Our team has completed projects all over the state of Florida - from Pensacola all the way to the Keys and numerous locations in between.  Our team has also worked on projects as far North as North Carolina, and as far West as Texas.  Our team members have even completed projects in the Bahamas, Mexico and Costa Rica.

With over 40 years of combined construction experience, our team works together with one collective goal - Impress our clients.
